suddenly can't access rogers yahoo mail on phone

I have an HTC One on Mobilicity and have been happily accessing Rogers email for more than a year, until Feb 28. I now get either "network error" or "your server is not responding". I can access the account on any computer our tablet.

Any suggestions?
