There is only one cisco available.. the 3825.

There is the SMCD3GN (does not support reservations).

The Hitron CGN2 (which does not as you said).

The Hitron CGN3 (this one, i am not sure of)

Device reservations.. seem to be hit and miss on many routers period.
I have a fairly decent Linksys E2500 dual band... but there is no reservation at all in it.
It IS available in the ASUS R66U i am looing to get soon though.

What specifically are you trying to do?  Just set specfic IP addresses to specific devices?
You could alway set them on a device by device bassis..  I do that myself at home.. you wont run into conflicts, etc, as when a device with a static address in its settings connects to the network, it broadcasts back what its IP is and the router then knows that that one is in use and not to use it.
If its supports changing the START of your DHCP range, could always set the starting value higher than the static addresses.
