I was pretty sure the webchat guys were the people who were to deal with the account from here..

Really, what most have been able to do to fix the viewing usage problem.. is to dis-associate their account from their my-rogers login.. create a new one, and then re-add the account, and it shows ok.

Trick is trying to get that done.

Have you talked to account people on the phone?
Could also try contacting the help guys via FB or twitter.
