I have been having a problem with over usage. First, I have a seperate bandwidth meter on the computer so I can keep track of how much I download. If I download a 10 mb file the bandwidth meter shows that the file size is as much as four times what the file says it is. This only happens when i'm downloading that file. Otherwise the meter barely moves. This has to be a problem on Rogers end. I'm being way overcharged for what i'm using. Any help will be much appreciated.
