I just got the Hiltron gateway and with I also got the 60/10 internet plan. I'm getting slow speeds with high ping and packet loss. Why would be the cause of this. It's a brand new modem ( not refurbished ) just got it today. So rogers sent out a ticket and they will contact me in 48hrs. Anybody have any idea what could be slowing down my speeds with high pings?
