Yeah thanks for that info before. It is exactly what you mentioned with some setting being off in this superadmin login. This is the direction I took in my dealings with both Rogers and Hitron and because of my hounding at least someone official has confirmed it. This now gives some focus for a solution. I guess it's time to press the people at Rogers a little more particularly with this info. I have submitted a contact request to the management people, and just waiting for the reply.
