OK! Now i get it!

I should call Rogers and get switched to the Hybrid Fibre 150 plan with a new modem and I will save $41.50 a month ($127.49 - $85.99) AND get a slight speed increase as well!  

Thanks to  VivienM  and Gdkitty for sorting this out for me!
