There is no way to disable it (that i am aware of or have ever found).
If there are SPECIFIC things that are going in there, which are NOT spam.. you can usually go in and mark them as NOT spam, and will help them not go in there anymore.
That you are seeing the [SPAM] in the header.. are you collecting the email via a 3rd party mail app on a PC, phone, etc?
IF you connect to collect the email via IMAP instead of POP, you wont get those sent to your inbox anymore.
