well had the rogers tech here for the third time. he had failed to change the power cavle when he changed the modem. the original guy who installed the modem for us apparently used the wrong power cable. the tech who came twice and changed the modem after also did not change the power cable. he called his boss while here and asked him for ideas, two seconds later we are looking at the power cable and wondering how that happened.
