Hi, I have called so many times but no one have answered so I chose to do this.
I have asked someone on Monday July 14, 2014 about why doesn't my portforwarding work?
and that I'm paying money for 300GB.
she said that I must pay money for Tech something.. sorry I forgot the name!
but why would I have to pay money?
before that I have also called in the month of June.
I used to be with Shaw and since shaw is closing I have moved to Rogers and the company that does the moving from company to company have answered me and there was a guy his name was Tom, He said that if he enables the portforwarding now it won't help me with anything because I will be moving to rogers anyway. so he said to call him back, and when I have called on July 14, 2014, they said that Tom is not there at the moment and that there might be something that they would help me with. and what they said was they can't do anything exept if I pay extra money. I have also asked them if this would be a scam or not.. but they have closed the phone and when ever I call now, no one answers
Please I need help with my portforwarding. I need help ASAP!
I really need to do something with it and I need it! and even if I don't need it.. I'm paying money for 300GB and the point of me paying that much is to use it not there to do nothing.
