This tends to be the problem with MOST of the rogers email stuff... the user get stuck inbetween.
Yes, this may only effect ROGERS users, while loged in. So you would think its rogers to fix?
Rogers, other than only basic mail stuff (account creation, delegation, moving, deleting, etc) have very little control otherwise over the rest of the stuff.
Its Yahoo which creates the interface, how the interface works, etc.
its likely something in that, interfearing specifically with the rogers accounts.
But its a limbo.. as yahoo will say talk to rogers. And rogers cant fix it either.
(Though, its needs to be the higher ups in rogers, then putting pressure on Yahoo to fix)
