The Poster would need to define 'connecting'
If they are not able to connect to the device at ALL.
Or if, after connected.. if they are just not able to get out.
While it COULD be a DNS issue, if they cant get connected at all, DNS would have no impact on it.
(you can connect to a wired/wireless router, be served an IP address, and ANY DNS server and still 'connect' to it.. you just wont be able to do anything internet related majorily)
