I agree. I have had numerous problems with Rogers modems for the last 5 months and no matter what piece of equipment they give me, I have to reboot the modem 2-3 times per day. I added an ACN VOIP recently and the problem started then, however when I disconnect the VOIP modem, I still get persistent disconnects.
Rogers is now substandard but with a premium price. Time to start looking elsewhere.
