No, I still have 225 MB/s coming in.It has been this way for 2-3 years. First at 125 then upped to 250.
So quite simply, it's pay $200 for it or choose a new plan and all that is "available in my area" is 60 MB/s. Of course the Hybrid 60 doesn't have enough bandwidth with it so I'd need to pay for the unlimited (I use 350-450 GB / month).
Ultimately, we can't give you the speeds you're currently getting for the price we post online. We can however give you 1/4 of the speed + a $25 upgrade for effectively the same price as what you'd be paying for the one we say isn't available in your area (even though we've been selling it to you for roughly 2-3 years now). And after being told by an agent that I wasn't on a promotional plan and that it would remain at $110 + taxes until I changed it.
Starting to make sense why i and any normal person would say!!!!
It's Rogers, this is why they are rated as one of the worst in terms of customer service.
