They can provide you with the INFORMATION that you need to enter for THEIR email.
Beyond that..any client setup, etc.. is on the users, and falls outside of their normal support.
You would need to PAY for the techXpert, etc.
What is the exact problem you are having.. where/what is it failing on, etc?
Walk us through what you are are doing, when its having the problem, etc.. we may be able to figure out what to do.
