I have my slingbox connected through my wireless bridge which is connected to the CGN3 on the 5Ghz band. I know it has nothing to do with that connection though because I'm able to stream within the LAN to my main PC which is wired directly to the CGN3 without any issues. It's only when it goes outside of the LAN where it does that up and down crap. Tried on my cell through wifi connection (LAN) and no issues, switch to cell data and then it happens. Tried on my laptop at work through the web interface and it also does the same thing. And the thing is, this all worked just fine with my old cisco modem on the old plan.
Are these the signal levels you're referring to?
