hitron forwarding error from lan / connection port with public ip

I havea issue with hitron router modelthat I hadneverfoundin models likeCiscoorNetger.
I am usinga local serverwithredmine private ip server:192.168.1.9port9000service.I am doingthe relevantport forwarding to thatip.Anycomputer on thepublic network (external connectins)can use the servicewithoutproblems, weinternally withprivateiphttp://192.168.1.9:9000/redmine also canaccess to theticketing systemwithout problems, butif you try to check with a publicip in our lan  for example: http://80.32.23.23/redminehangs andgives anerrorlost connection.
It seemsthat the management ofthisrouterredirection from lan to outsidedoesn'tlike the other ones.Any helpwill be appreciated.
