Others have reported this as well, with companies using SPAMCOP.
Even though the email address itself may be whitelisted.... what it appears, is that the YAHOO server which the rogers email is sent from... had been blacklisted by spamcop
(this could be from some really bad email issue from a rogers user.. or even could be from yahoo itself).
I am not sure, how much that rogers can do... other than saying to spamcop, that 'we are ok'. But rogers is not spamcops customer, and could choose to ignore it, etc.
The person USING spamcop, is beter to contact via THEIR means, as they are customers.. and ask for that address to be removed.
