Not sure.. that port may be blocked intentionally? (not sure if rogers home phone uses that port perhaps?)
Best bet may be to put the rogers unit into briged mode, with a 3rd party router... might allow it through properly.
If its still blocked at that point, its more bloccked from the back end.
